Hey, have you heard of "GodNok!"? It's pretty awesome!
Let me introduce you to three incredible instructors that I absolutely admire and want to share with you: Rita Sivertsvik and Linn Anita Lundanger from Trondheim TKD Club, and Line Reiten from Oslo East TKD Club.
Right now, they are conducting their 25th seminar called "GodNok," which means "Good Enough" or "Strong Enough" in Norwegian. It's inspired by a beautiful painting by the artist Lisa Aisato with the same title.
Since 2009, they have organized 25 seminars across five different clubs in Norway. Here are the clubs they have visited:
1. Surnadal Taekwon-Do Club
2. Trondheim Taekwon-Do Club
3. Oslo East Taekwon-Do Club
4. Bergen Taekwon-Do Club
5. Tromsø Taekwon-Do Club
The concept behind "GodNok" is all about empowering women through free sparring in Taekwon-Do.

Now, you might be wondering, what does this have to do with the ITF Radix project?
Well, in my opinion, it aligns perfectly with many of the core principles of the ITF Radix. It's all about creating joy, engaging athletes in a positive activity, and thinking outside the box to develop something new within the existing framework. It's about improving Taekwon-Do for individuals and the organization as a whole. It's about empowering the art and moving forward. And most importantly, it's about tailoring applications to work for each individual.
There are so many more reasons why this project is amazing, but I'll leave it at that.
I'm really proud to give these instructors some well-deserved attention for their outstanding project, and I'll definitely continue to promote this tradition in our own club, Oslo East Taekwon-Do Club.
