We are excited to announce a one-day ITF Radix Seminar at Oppsal Arena in Oslo, Norway! This seminar is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of ITF Radix, refine your skills, and train with fellow practitioners.

What is ITF Radix?

ITF Radix focuses on the practical application of traditional ITF patterns, helping practitioners understand their movements as a complete fighting system. It bridges tradition and functionality, providing tools for effective self-defense.

What to Expect:

This seminar will cover and drill techniques suitable for gradings and formal performance at belt testing. With applications from the ITF patterns.

Who Can Attend?

Open to practitioners of all ranks from 12 years and up who are eager to explore ITF Taekwon-Do and gain practical knowledge to enhance their martial arts journey.
