Oslo Øst Hosts ITF Kick-Off Event on Saturday, January 4th!
Oslo Øst Taekwon-Do Club warmly invites all clubs in the National Taekwon-Do Norway (NTN) organization to a special Kick-Off Event on Saturday, January 4th. This event is open to all participants aged 12 and above, regardless of rank, and features a variety of exciting training sessions led by skilled instructors.

Payment Instructions
The participation fee of NOK 400 should be paid via Vipps to 118132 (Oslo Øst Taekwon-Do Club). Please include your name, club, and rank in the payment description.

Roy Rolstad will introduce ITF Radix, featuring a session on knife sparring for grading purposes.
Andreas Jenstad will meticulously examine the patterns designated for 2nd and 3rd Degree black belts.
Camilla Melhus Rolstad will commence the kickoff by leading a preliminary stretching session, followed by conducting a session focusing on strength and conditioning.
Łukasz Grygiel will conduct a innovative session focusing on pad work, culminating the session with an invigorating combination of strength and cardio exercises suitable for all participants.
Arne Martin Vik will be leading a sparring session, therefore, it is important that you remember to bring all your sparring equipment.
Nanna Brekke Medin is scheduled to lead a freesparring session.
Simen Nordang is scheduled to conduct a pattern session for 1st Degree Black Belts.
Celine Christensen Olsen will also be joining Simen to lead the 1st Degree pattern session. Make sure to keep your eyes open during her demonstrations! Her execution of each move is truly outstanding!
Stian Wigus and Kai Saxrud have been assigned to lead two power breaking sessions, one focusing on strikes and punches and the other on kicks.
